The M-11T DOD High Security Crosscut Paper Shredder has been evaluated by National Security Agency / Central Security Service and meets the requirements set by the NSA/CSS for the destruction of paper. NSA/CSS performance testing has evaluated the M-11T ability to reduce paper documents to shards measuring 1 millimeter by 5 millimeters, or less. NSA/CSS testing protocol includes the timed destruction of conventional office copy paper (letter size, 20-lb weight, uncoated) and has classified the M-11T as High Volume at greater than 10 Reams per Hour. A Level 6 / P-7 Cross Cut shredder designed for the mid-sized office; it is engineered to give many years of trouble-free use. It is built with a cutting head precision milled from solid blocks of Solingen steel and housed in an All Steel Frame. The 10 1/4" feed opening is also reinforced with steel and a Thermally Protected Motor, Chain Drive and Steel Gears all provide for maximum slip-free power. The All Metal Drive system uses no internal nylon or plastic gears as is common in lower quality shredders. The M-11T includes an Energy Management System which places the shredder in a sleep mode when idle and completely powers down after 30 minutes of inactivity. The operator control pad includes all the functions of the shredder and a safety interlock shuts off the shredder when the bag is full, or the door is open. An Auto-Reverse feature prevents overfeeding and reduces jamming and a Slim-Line Low Profile 1 Gallon Automatic Oiler ensures peak shredder performance. The rubber shock mounts isolate the cutting head noise and vibration and an attractive wood sound deadening cabinet provides for quiet dust-free operation. Swivel casters allow for easy mobility. Standard shipping is utilized for most orders within the lower 48 states. Delivery typically occurs within 2-7 business days for in-stock items.
- Standard Ground: Ideal for smaller deskside shredders, oil, and bags. These are typically delivered via UPS or FedEx.
- Freight (LTL): Larger office and industrial shredders ship via motor freight.
- Note: Standard freight delivery is dock-to-dock. If your facility does not have a loading dock, please see specialized services below.
2. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
We frequently ship our equipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico. Because these locations require ocean or air transit, they fall outside of standard domestic rates.
- Custom Quotes: Shipping rates to these regions are calculated on a per-order basis.
- Freight Forwarders: If you have a preferred freight forwarder based in the contiguous U.S., we can ship your order directly to their port or warehouse for final transit.

3. Specialized Delivery Services
Since many of our shredders exceed 200 lbs, additional services may be required to ensure a safe delivery.
- Liftgate Service: Required if your delivery location does not have a loading dock and the equipment must be lowered to the ground.
- Inside Delivery: Moves the palletized equipment inside the first dry threshold of your building, such as a garage or lobby.

6. Important: Inspection & Damage Policy

- Note Damage on the BOL: If you see damage, note it on the driver's Bill of Lading.
- Report Within 7 Days: Any concealed damage or defects must be reported to Capital Shredder within 7 days of receipt.
