Description:
DOD Crosscut Paper Shredder. Has been evaluated by NSA and meets the requirements of NSA/CSS Specification 02-01 requirements for High Security Crosscut Paper Shredders. A heavy duty versatile shredder for high security use. Includes a specially designed cutting head based on floating head technology. This allows for cutting head rebuilding in the event of damage, an option not available on most shredders that use solid block cutting heads. Equipped with a unique emergency manual drive system that provides for continuous security of your classified documents in case of electrical power loss. Other features include Automatic Start/Stop operation, auto reverse anti-jam protection, bag-full and door open indicators. An attractive fully enclosed cabinet on rolling castors provides for quiet dust-free operation.
